Embracing Change

Change is one of the most difficult things to accept
 
because
it's easier to remain in a state of turmoil than to put forth
the effort it takes to control your life.

But, I'm living proof that with Faith, Hope and Determination
anything's possible.

I'll admit that while change can be difficult, 

it can also lead to
remarkable blessings.

If you're stuck in a rut or dissatisfied with the state of your life,
take it from me that it's never too late to Embrace Change.

Here's my inspirational message that can be
found in (NKJV) Romans 12:2
Do not be conformed to this world, but be Transformed 
by the renewing
of your mind,
that you may prove what is
Good and Acceptable to the perfect will of GOD

Life Altering Situations

Ask any five year old female what she wants to be when she grows up,


I'm certain the answer probably won't be a Boilermaker.
 
 
Like most little girls that age,
I dreamed of growing up to be a Princess,

 living happily ever after with my Prince Charming in a
beautiful home that would be our castle.

Never in my wildest imagination did I think I'd end up being a single mother

or worst yet, be homeless.
My life certainly didn't turn out the way I figured it would.
Yet even then I always believe that there would be better days ahead
if I just trusted in God

to put my feet back on the right path no matter how many times I stumbled.
The one thing I learned is that regardless of my situations
God is still in control.

When the opportunity presented itself I grabbed it with both hands and
changed my destiny, becoming the Boilermaker Mom.

Mustard Seed Faith

Growing up I didn't think much about Faith or Religion 
because like most kids I just trusted that somehow things would work
out fine in the end just as it does in stories.

Unfortunately, life isn't a fairy tale where a Prince Charming  

 races in to save the Damsel in distress.

One lesson I learned is that instead of relying on people

(who may be subject to let you down when you need them the most).

I developed Mustard Seed Faith

that regardless of my situations God is my Provider

through whom all things are possible

It is that Faith that gave me the strength and determination to go from being a

Homeless Mother to become a Boilermaker. 

Remember, with God all things are possible.
